The purpose of Title III grant programs is to assist eligible institutions
of higher education to become self-sufficient by providing funds to improve
and strengthen their academic quality, institutional, management, and
fiscal stability. At Cankdeska Cikana, it seeks to increase students'
skills and knowledge, to enable their success in four-year institutions,
local employment and society, and improve retention due to greater student
achievement and satisfaction.
