ONLINE STUDENT GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE (Pending)
Online students have the same rights to resolve grievances as those students attending class on campus. If an online student has a grievance which they have not been able to resolve informally then they are shall follow the same grievance procedure as any other CCCC student.

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved at the College level, all students can contact the North Dakota University System (NDUS), State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) Portal Agency.
